As a result of his obedience, God elevated him to pastor his own flock. Bishop Scott exercised tremendous faith when he gave birth to the vision God had given him to start Believers Temple Word Fellowship Church in February of 1993.

They also have six grandchildren, one son in law, Ray Green.
